Terms of Use

The Site provides information about our landscaping and maintenance services and lets you request an estimate. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.

• Requesting an estimate through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee availability, pricing or scheduling.
• Any work is governed by a separate written estimate, proposal or contract between you and PNW, which controls over anything on the Site.
• Photos and descriptions on the Site show examples of past work. Every property is different, and results vary.
• PNW is licensed with the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board, license #100508.

If you opt in to text messages, our Privacy Policy explains how texts work, including how to opt out (reply STOP) and get help (reply HELP). Message and data rates may apply.

The Site's text, photos, logo and design belong to PNW or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site may link to other sites (such as Instagram or Facebook). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is." We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PNW is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit our obligations under any written contract for services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
